Initial Investment
To become a part of Chocolatewala, a non-refundable investment of ₹2,00,000 is required.

Terms & Conditions
1. Stock Purchase Policy
All products and stock must be purchased *directly from Chocolatewala*. Procurement from third parties or external sources is strictly prohibited.
2. Replacement Policy
Details regarding product replacements, if any, will be communicated *along with the next stock dispatch.
3. Operational Area Allocation
Operational territory or region for working with Chocolatewala will be *assigned by the head office only. No individual shall self-allocate or change the designated area.
4. Decision Authority
All strategic and business-related decisions will be made *only by the headquarter located in Rajkot.
5. Jurisdiction
All legal matters, disputes, or clarifications related to Chocolatewala will be *handled exclusively in Rajkot jurisdiction.
6. Security Deposit
An additional refundable deposit of ₹1,00,000 may be collected after a period of long-term collaboration* and adherence to Chocolatewala's standards and guidelines.
7. Brand Usage & Identity
Partners must use the Chocolatewala name, logo, and branding materials *only as provided or approved* by the head office. Unauthorized modification or misuse of brand elements is not permitted.
8. Performance Review
Chocolatewala reserves the right to review partner performance periodically. Consistently low performance, violation of terms, or negative feedback may lead to suspension or termination* of the collaboration.
9. Training & Onboarding
We may offer introductory training sessions to ensure every team member understands product handling, billing procedures, and customer interaction strategies.
10. Stock Management Responsibility
It is the responsibility of every associate to *manage inventory efficiently* and reorder products on time. Losses due to poor stock handling will not be compensated.
11. Confidentiality Clause
All business partners are expected to *maintain confidentiality* regarding internal processes, pricing structures, and company strategies.
12. Termination Clause
Chocolatewala reserves full rights to *end the business relationship* in case of serious misconduct, non-compliance, or actions harming the brand’s image. In such cases, *no refunds will be issued*.
13. Code of Conduct
Every team member representing Chocolatewala must maintain *professional behavior, deal with customers ethically, and **uphold brand values* at all times.
14. Digital Sales & Online Platforms (Optional)
Products must not be listed or sold on digital platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or personal websites *without written permission* from the central office. This ensures pricing consistency and brand protection.
